Shipping & Ordering Questions

How fast will my order arrive?

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. However, because of the artisan nature and small size of our business, we can experience shipping delays, especially around holidays or in winter where snow storms can shut everything down.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with Canada Post within Canada and USPS to the USA.

Shipping to the United States

If your order ships to the United States, you may be required to pay additional fees, duties or taxes. These are your responsibility as a consumer, so please be aware of this.

We ship via Canada Post. Once your package arrives at the border it is handled by USPS.

You will receive a tracking number.

Shipping within Canada, Canadian Sales Taxes +USD currency

We are based in Canada, but cater primarily to the US market. For that reason, our prices are in USD.

Orders made from Canada will be charged in USD and provincial taxes will be applied automatically. Currency exchange rate is, based on your method of payment (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

We ship via Canada Post.

Can you ship internationally?

We can, but please keep in mind that we ship from Quebec, Canada. International shipping costs start at $75USD

Do you offer free shipping?

We do our best to keep shipping rates low and will sometimes offer free shipping as a special promo. Sign up for the Glowletter to stay in the loop.

*We're a small company and cannot compete with Amazon, please keep that in mind when purchasing our products.

Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)

Can you cancel or change my order?

Any cancellation requests on orders that have been processed will be charged a $25 restocking fee.

If your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled or changed.

Can I return my purchase?

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please reach out before purchasing and read the info carefully on each product.

All sales are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded.

About our packaging

We only use high-quality glass for our bottles and jars. Please consider re-using the containers before recycling, giving another life is better than recycling which still consumes energy.

When shipping your botanical goodies we use recycled, recyclable and compostable material as much as possible.

Take our packing peanuts for example: they are compostable, not plastic.

If your products happen to be wrapped in bubble plastic, it's because we're reusing packaging instead of throwing it away (some plastic packaging cannot be recycled).

Consider re-using the packaging as well!

Product questions

How can I keep my products fresh?

You'll keep your products fresh by storing them in a cool, dry place, away from the sun.

Please store your Pure Flower Water (hydrosol) in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. (Our Pure Flower Waters are, well, pure, they do not contain a preservatives.)

How long are my products good for?

Once opened, your products should be used within 6 months for maximum plant potency.

*Bottles that are half full (therefore contain more air) and are unused for months will eventually go rancid. So we suggest using your product consistently and store it in a cool, dry, and dark place to keep your product fresh.

How long should I use the Rosacea Demodex Skincare System?

If you're currently battling Demodex mites, you'll have to give yourself 3 to 6 months.

Please do not despair, it takes time to rebalance your skin microbiome.

Once your skin is clear again, you may continue using the system for prevention, alternating with other products in our shop which are all formulated for sensitive, rosacea-prone skin.

As we state everywhere on this website, healing rosacea is an inside-out job. you'll have faster results if you address root cause issues.

Where are your products made? Where do you ship from?

Every product is lovingly made by hand on Abenaki land, in so called-Quebec, Canada.

Please note that even though products are made and ship from Canada, all prices on the website are in USD.

Products shipped to the United States may incur duties and additional fees (this is up to USPS).

Do you offer virtual skincare consultations?
