Shipping & Ordering Questions
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship aim to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. However, because of the artisan nature and small size of our business, we can experience shipping delays, especially around holidays or in winter where snow storms can shut everything down.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with Canada Post within Canada and USPS to the USA.
Shipping to the United States
If your order ships to the United States, you may be required to pay additional fees, duties or taxes. These are your responsibility as a consumer, so please be aware of this.
We ship via Canada Post. Once your package arrives at the border it is handled by USPS.
You will receive a tracking number.
Shipping within Canada, Canadian Sales Taxes +USD currency
To see prices in Canadian dollars, select the CAN currency at the bottom of the site. (You'll also see a pop up asking you to confirm yo are in Canada when visiting our site for the first time.)
Sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.
We ship Expedited (with tracking) via Canada Post.
Can you ship internationally?
We currently have shipping enabled for Canada, USA, Australia, UK and France.

Please keep in mind that we ship from Quebec, Canada. International shipping costs start at $55USD.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do our best to keep shipping rates low and will sometimes offer free shipping as a special promo. Sign up for the Glowletter to stay in the loop.
*We're a small company and cannot compete with Amazon, please keep that in mind when purchasing our products.
Can I track my order?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)
If you don't not see a shipping confirmation in your inbox, please check your SPAM.
Can you cancel or change my order?
Any cancellation requests on orders that have been processed will be charged a $25 restocking fee.
If your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled or changed.

Can I return my purchase or get a refund?
Although we are currently unable to accept returns or offer refunds, we do want you to feel confident about your purchase.
We offer 20 minute skincare consults via Zoom to answer any questions you may have about our products. The cost is $50 and will be deducted from your purchase.

About our packaging
We only use high-quality glass for our bottles and jars. Please consider re-using the containers before recycling, giving another life is better than recycling which still consumes energy.
When shipping your botanical goodies we use recycled, recyclable and compostable material as much as possible.
Take our packing peanuts for example: they are compostable and will dissolve in water.
If your products happen to be wrapped in bubble plastic, it's because we're reusing packaging instead of throwing it away (some plastic packaging cannot be recycled).
Consider re-using the packaging as well!

Product questions
How can I keep my products fresh?
You'll keep your products fresh by storing them in a cool, dry place, away from the sun.
The Soothing Flower Water (hydrosol) must be refrigerated.
For optimum potency and freshness, products should be used within 6 months of purchase.
How long are my products good for?
Your products should be used within 6 months for maximum plant potency.
*Bottles that are half full (therefore contain more air) and are unused for months will eventually go rancid.
So we suggest using your product consistently and store it in a cool, dry, and dark place to keep your product fresh.
I have Demodex mites, how long will it take to see improvements?
Eradicating Demodex mites is not an overnight process. While customers report fast relief using the system, give yourself 2 to 3 months of consistent use for best results.A Holistic approach addressing the root cause of rosacea and Demodex mites will yield maximum results.
Please do not despair, it takes time to rebalance your skin microbiome.
Once your skin is clear again, I suggest continuing using the system to maintain a healthy skin barrier.

I have rosacea, how long will it take to see results?
While customers report fast relief using our botanical skincare, our products do not claim to "treat" rosacea but to support the skin barrier making it stronger and more resilient.
A healthier skin barrier = less inflammation and reaction to pathogens.
Our products are meant to support your skin while you are doing the inner healing work getting to the root causes of rosacea.

Where are your products made? Where do you ship from?
The majority of the medicinal plants used in the making of our products are grown in our own garden. Some plants and flowers are wild-harvested from pristine environment.
Each product is lovingly made by hand in so called-Quebec, Canada.
Land acknowledgement
We recognize the stolen land on which our home, garden and apothecary reside as the traditional land of the Abenakis peoples.
We hold space for our deepest gratitude and appreciation of the Indigenous peoples who have worked and lived on this sacred ground.
