How fast will my order arrive?
We ship most orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. However, because of the artisan nature and small size of our business, we can experience shipping delays, especially around holidays or in winter where snow storms can shut everything down.

We ship Canada Post with tracking for orders within Canada and USPS to the USA.
We currently have only enabled international shipping to Australia. If you live outside of Canada, the US or Australia, please get in touch and we’ll confirm shipping costs to your country,
NOTES ABOUT AUSTRALIA
We have enabled international air shipping to Australia, please select TRACKED if you'd like a tracker number (highly recommended) as the untracked option will leave you responsible and without recourse if your package is lost. :/
Also please take note that Australia has been known to close its borders and block the entry of planes from Canada during the Plandemic. If this happens and you placed an order, we will refund you as we do not suggest shipping pure botanical skincare via boat as it would take way too long.
We have seen air shipping to be quite fast -- about 10 days!
Where is my order?
Once you've placed an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor its status. Orders are fulfilled within one to three business days after purchase. Expect a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)
Can you ship to PO Box addresses?
We accept shipping to PO Box addresses via Canada Post.
If your order ships to the United States you may be required to pay additional fees, duties or taxes. This is 100% your responsibility to assume these potentially added costs as a consumer, so please be aware of this.
If you live in Canada taxes will automatically be added to your order.
Who is your shipping provider?
Do you offer free shipping?
No, here's why: the only way to give free shipping is to either increase the price of the item or cut down on quality which we're unwilling to do.
We're a small company and cannot compete (DO NOT WANT TO COMPTETE with Amazon, please keep that in mind when purchasing our products.
Can I return my purchase?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please reach out before purchasing and read the info carefully on each product.
All sales are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded.
I am not sure what to buy, can you give me advice?

We only use high-quality glass for our bottles and jars. Please consider re-using the containers before recycling, giving another life is better than recycling which still consumes energy.
When shipping your botanical goodies we use recycled, recyclable and compostable material as much as possible.
Take our packing peanuts for example: they are compostable, not plastic!
If your products happen to be wrapped in bubble plastic, it's because Caroline is reusing packaging. Consider re-using the packaging as well!
