How fast will my order arrive?
We ship most orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. However, it is not unlikely due to the artisan nature and small size of our business that we can experience shipping delays at any given time, especially around holidays.

We ship Canada EXPRESS Post for orders within Canada and to the USA. We currently have not enabled international shipping options due to higher costs. If you live outside of Canada or the US, please get in touch and we’ll confirm shipping costs to your country,
August 2020 Update: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed some shipping delays. Sometimes a package arrives in a timely manner and sometimes it stretches our patience. (We hate delays too!) Delays are out of our hands so please take this into consideration when making an order.
Where is my order?
Once you've placed an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor its status. Orders are generally fulfilled within one to three business days after purchase. Expect a separate email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. (Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.)
Can you ship to PO Box addresses?
We accept shipping to PO Box addresses via Canada Post.
If your order ships to the United States you may be required to pay additional fees, duties or taxes. This is 100% your responsibility to assume these potentially added costs as a consumer, so please be aware of this.
If you live in Canada taxes will automatically be added to your order.
Who is your shipping provider?
How do I qualify for free shipping?
The website will automatically calculate free shipping on orders over $250.
Can I return my purchase?
We accept returns within 20 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Used or opened products cannot be returned.
Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund credited to your card.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
For purchases made in conjunction with Bundles and Limited Edition Boxes all sales are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded.

I have opened the product or used it once, can I return it?
For sanitary reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If I have to return an online purchase, do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Yes. Journey To Glow will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if we sent you the wrong product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend getting a tracking code for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Once a return is submitted, our team will update its status.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
